Kyle Snyder (’21) grew up surrounded by construction—visiting job sites with his dad and imagining what it would be like to help build something on that scale. In college, he discovered OSH&E and realized it was the perfect fit: a role that kept him close to the action while protecting the people behind the work.

Soon after graduating, he landed his dream job as an EHS Construction Specialist with Universal Orlando Resort. He’s played a key role in building Epic Universe, one of the most ambitious theme parks ever created—doing work he loves on a project that brings imagination to life on a massive scale.
